Established 1996. It is an organization composed of well-known personages from all circles of the community. It focuses on promoting local trade and technological cooperation with China and other countries, and has gained big achievements. It strengthens the connection between trade and industrial groups of local, the Mainland, Taiwan and the rest of the world by establishing global information network. The Association has set up a close and regular business cooperative relationship with a number of foreign trade associations, trade promotion organizations and enterprises in other countries, it plays an active role in international trade. It helps both local and China enterprises to go towards the world market, and on the other hand, to help foreign enterprises to explore China market. It acts as a bridge for Sino-foreign trade, economic and technological cooperation through modern and scientific way. The Association has liaison offices in some major cities home and abroad.

It is also currently invited as the supporter or co-organizer to the events such as trade fairs, economic and trade activities held by related Department of the Provincial and Municipal Government of P.R.C.
